Alexa & Brad’s Boho Joshua Tree Elopement was so intimate, so low key, and so THEM! When Alexa first reached out to me and told me that her and her man were eloping in Joshua Tree I told her “sign me up”. One I love Joshua Tree, the warmth and the desert vibes are my favorite. But also, I just love photographing elopements. They are so fun and each one is so unique. These two cuties made this day absolutely perfect for them and that was my favorite thing about it. They started the morning at the pool of their airbnb swimming with their friends in the hot sun. They casually started getting ready mid afternoon and took their time enjoying the day with their closest friends. The girls got ready at one air bnb and the boys stayed at the other. The girls did a sage ceremony, ate crackers, wine and cheese, and spent time getting ready all together. We all chit chatted on the bed together and nothing about this day felt rushed at all. When the girls were finally ready, we went outside of the airbnb under a tree and had their intimate ceremony. The ceremony was filled with tears, laughs, and so much love. After the ceremony Alexa, Brad, Sawyer (their cute pup), and I all went to the park and took some photos just the three of them. We then all went back to the air bnb where the newly weds shared their first dance surrounded by their friends doing sparklers. It was the CUTEST! After their first dance we finished the day around the dinning room table eating their favorite greek food (YUM). It was the perfect day and filled with all of Alexa and Brad’s favorite things. EXACTLY WHAT YOUR WEDDING DAY SHOULD LOOK LIKE! I had the best time with them and they truly made myself and my hubby (who came along) feel like we were apart of their little group. Their day was filled with so much happiness and was absolutely PERFECT!!!!
